WEBINAR
PFAS Remediation in Groundwater - The technologies and applications
Friday 6th Feb at 12:30pm

About this Webinar
This webinar will provide an overview of groundwater remediation technologies that are currently available and commercially mature, with a particular focus on their application to PFAS-impacted groundwater. Participants will be guided through the strengths, limitations, and practical considerations associated with different remediation approaches, helping practitioners better understand what is feasible in real-world settings in technical and financial terms.
The session will also explore key decision-making factors for selecting appropriate remediation technologies, with a particular focus on data collection requirements to inform treatment system design.
To ground the discussion in practice, the webinar will present a published Australian case study where active groundwater remediation has been underway since 2019. The case study will describe in more detail the technology installed, present insights on the technology’s performance, and highlight longer-term considerations that are relevant to practitioners managing PFAS-impacted groundwater at similar sites.
